About Midnight Valley (Merrickville, Ontario)

Midnight Valley is the original division of Midnight Valley Stables. Once we started splitting up our horses, Midnight Valley remained our sport horse and rare breed division. Midnight Valley is home to our eventing Thoroughbreds, endurance Akhal Tekes, Miniature Horses, dressage Chincoteague Ponies, Zorses, Koniks...the list could go on.

Midnight Valley focuses on breeding athletic performance horses, our main goal being eventing. If our horses don't have the the ability to compete in all three events, they will be sent to the dressage or show-jumping ring individually to see where their talents lie.

Our other focus, besides sport horses, is rare breeds and crosses. We are home to Marwari's, Akhal Tekes, Chincoteague/Arabian crosses, Zorses, Gypsy Vanners, Koniks, Rocky Mountain Horses, and many more rare breeds not found very often in real life or HF.
